🛡️ Keeping Yourself Safe
If you already have a safety plan please use the resources, and contact the numbers you have been given in this. If you don't have one and are interested in developing one, a template is available here.
If you are concerned about coping with your current mental health:
- Contact your GP and ask for an urgent appointment.
- Call NHS 111 – available 24/7. You will speak to a professional in your local NHS mental health service, who can discuss your needs and provide access to further support.

If you feel at risk of immediate harm:
