You may notice references to session fees during the booking process. This is because in some cases, AXA may not cover every aspect of your treatment.
For example:
Missed or late-cancelled sessions — AXA does not cover sessions that are missed or cancelled outside of our cancellation policy. These sessions will be invoiced directly to you.
Policy excess — If your policy includes an excess amount, you will be invoiced for this portion of the cost.
If AXA has submitted a referral to us on your behalf, this means your treatment has been authorised, and we will usually have your insurance details ready for invoicing.
If you have any questions about your policy, we recommend you contact AXA directly, since we do not have access to the details of individual policies as a third-party provider.
