Why do I need to add my insurer details when booking in?

If you’re using private medical insurance to pay for your therapy, we’ll ask for your insurer’s details when you book. This helps us:

  • Check your cover – so you know if your sessions are approved.

  • Send the invoice straight to your insurer – no need to pay upfront and claim it back (subject to the insurer).
