How does it work with my insurer?

Your insurer may have referred you directly to HelloSelf. If so, we’ll likely already have the information we need to process your claim through our partnership with them. 

You can also self-refer by completing our self-referral form, as long as your insurer has authorised psychological treatment.

We have direct agreements with AXA and Bupa, which means we can handle invoicing on your behalf. After booking your first appointment, please provide your membership number and authorisation code (or claim number). We’ll also share our unique provider number, which you can give to your insurer to confirm your treatment with us.

If your insurer is not one of our direct partners, don’t worry - we’ll provide you with invoices so you can claim back costs directly from them.
