Why am I being charged if I did not have an appointment on that day?

As per HelloSelf Terms and conditions, any session that has not been cancelled / requested for reschedule with more than 48 hours notice or has not been attended by you, a fee may be charged. This can be up to the full cost of the session.

This policy ensures our therapists’ time is respected and allows appointments to remain available for other clients in need. Please note that cancellation fees may not be covered by your insurer, so we recommend checking your insurance policy for details.
