Unlike standing orders, Direct Debit accounts will only be charged every time a session has been invoiced.
Once an appointment has been marked as completed by the clinician, our finance tean will raise an invoice which will trigger an automatic payment on your direct debit account which will be effective 8 days after the session date.
If you decide to pause treatment, you will not get charged.
