Our updated cancellation fees and did not attend (DNA) policy will take effect from early June 2025. Please bear this change in mind when booking or rescheduling your appointments.
You may cancel or reschedule your therapy session at no charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment without informing us, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is £80 for sessions with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and £100 for sessions with a Clinical Psychologist.
This policy ensures our therapists’ time is respected and helps keep appointments available for other members who may be in need. Please note that this fee may not be covered by your insurer - we recommend checking your insurance policy for specific details.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, and any decision to waive the cancellation fee is at the discretion of your therapist.
Please note: This updated policy does not currently apply to clients seen under NHS contracts.
