If your camera or microphone isn’t working, it’s often because permissions haven’t been granted in Google Chrome. Follow these steps to enable access:

Allow access when prompted

Open Google Chrome at your scheduled session time.

When prompted, choose "Allow while visiting the site".

Manually check your camera and microphone settings

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right of Chrome and select Settings.

Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.

Under Permissions, select Camera or Microphone and make sure they are set to Allow.
