I can’t use my camera or microphone during my video session. What should I do?

If your camera or microphone isn’t working, it’s often because permissions haven’t been granted in Google Chrome. Follow these steps to enable access:

  1. Allow access when prompted

    • Open Google Chrome at your scheduled session time.

    • When prompted, choose "Allow while visiting the site".

  2. Manually check your camera and microphone settings

    • Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right of Chrome and select Settings.

    • Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.

    • Under Permissions, select Camera or Microphone and make sure they are set to Allow.
