If you haven’t received your excess invoice yet, it may be because your insurer has not yet confirmed the excess charges to us. Most insurers communicate excess charges to you first before instructing us what to charge.
Please allow up to a week from the time you receive notification from your insurer. If you still haven’t received your invoice after this period, please check your spam or junk folder.
After the week has passed and you still have not received your invoice, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact our billing team hellofinance@helloself.com if you still haven’t received it, and we’ll send it promptly.
