How do I fix login or password issues with my HelloSelf account?

If you’re having trouble logging in, you can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Resetting your password

  1. Visit https://members-helloself.com/login and select "forgot Password"




  2. Enter the email address you used when you created your account, and click "Send Reset"




  3. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password.
    This is valid for 1 hour from the time of request. If you have made multiple requests, please ensure that you use the link from the most recent email.



  4. The link will open a new tab or browser window and automatically fill out your email address and the verification code.
    * If your browser does not populate these fields, you may be able to copy and paste the link or find your verification code in the link address (e.g. code=123456)





  5. Once you have entered a new password and pressed "Reset Password", you will be presented the option to login with your new information.

     

 

Temporary password logins

If you have been provided with a temporary password, please login using the information provided in the correspondence, you will then be able to enter and confirm your new password.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable and that the page has fully loaded.
  • Try clearing your browser’s cache.
  • Ensure that both time and date on your device are correct.
