How do I request more sessions to be authorised by my insurer?

  1. Please contact your insurer and ask for best next steps. 
  2. When you know how many additional sessions will be authorised, please inform your therapist
  3. We advise you not to book further sessions until you get the approval from your insurer to ensure you are not charged for sessions conducted
  4. Once your insurer provides a new authorisation code and the number of sessions approved, please follow the next steps:
    -  Add the details to your HelloSelf Member account
    -  Inform your therapist
