Our Finance team will email you an invoice once we receive confirmation from your insurer about any payable excess charges. To ensure a smooth experience, you can set up a Direct Debit account through your Member Profile, allowing automatic payments by the system.
If you haven't enrolled in Direct Debit, our Finance team will send you an invoice with a link to "View and Pay online now."
Already have a Direct Debit set up?
You can ignore the invoice email - it's just for your records. The payment will be taken automatically on the due date.
