You can access your session recordings from your HelloSelf account through the web or through the app.
On the web
Go to the 'Sessions' tab. You can watch the session recording by scrolling to the relevant session and clicking clicking it.
Once on the session page, you will be able to view any related recordings, summaries, notes, and check-in conversations. Simply select the recording tab and, if a video was recorded, click the video to begin playback.
On the HelloSelf app
Your session recording can we viewed from your 'Self-line' or from the 'Sessions' section.
