I can't see or hear my therapist - what should I do?

Please first reach out to your therapist though the messaging function to let them know that you are having issues joining your session. They may be able to suggest an alternative video option for your session while troubleshooting.

If you are using a work laptop, HelloSelf calls may be blocked by network settings enforced by your company's IT department. Please try using another device if possible. If that's not an option, please contact us at techsupport@helloself.com or use the widget at the bottom right of this screen.
