A Check-in is a scheduled moment in your week to bring what you’ve learned in your sessions into your daily life. Our therapists recommend taking 10 minutes per week to complete these in order to make progress sooner, and to continue doing these beyond therapy, to stay well for longer.
Our Check-ins allow you to engage with your Summaries in an interactive way, bringing your therapy learnings into your every day life.
You will be notified via the HelloSelf app when it is time for your Check-in to take place - approximately 3 days after your previous session.
