Where can I Find summaries?
You can find your summaries in the the Sessions tab of your app or on desktop.
You can visit this page directly by clicking here.
If your session had summaries turned on, you will see the summary icon below the session date. Select the session and view the simplified breakdown of what you discussed in your session.
When will I get my summary?
Usually your Summary will be visible within about 3-4 hours in the Sessions area of your app or on desktop.
You will be notified for your Check-in 3 days after your previous session which is a great time to review the Summary and reflect on your progress.
