Why didn’t my session get recorded?

Session video and audio recording issues can result from poor network connections or insufficient app permissions. Confirm that you have granted the HelloSelf app permission to use your microphone and that your session recording preferences have been set. You can also start or stop recording during sessions with the record button and selecting video and audio or audio only.
