Yes, if you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation (minimum 48 hours notice), or do not attend your appointment without informing us, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is £80 for sessions with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and £100 for sessions with a Clinical Psychologist.
This policy ensures our therapists’ time is respected and that appointments are available for other clients in need.
