What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in your first session. Every person is different and so the way that you prepare will vary. Some members find it helpful to have a notepad and pen handy to record key ideas for use both in and between sessions. You can also video/audio record your therapy sessions with us and mark key part of the session on the recording.
