Will what I say be confidential?

Confidentiality in therapy sessions means that the information you share with your therapist is kept private and not disclosed to others without your consent. This ensures a safe and trusting environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. There are, however, some exceptions to this rule, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law. Your therapist will explain these exceptions and answer any questions you may have about confidentiality during your sessions.
