How do I receive updates on my clients and communicate with the therapist?

You will receive an email when there is a new report, comment or message in your partner account. If you have a PA or clinic manager who you would like to also receive notifications, please let us know at hello@helloself.com.

How do I access the reports and comments once I have logged in? 

Once you have logged in, you will see your partner dashboard with a list of the clients that you have referred to HelloSelf. When there is a new report available, you will be able to see “New” in the far right column. If you wish to print or save the report, simply click on the report, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Print”. This will bring you to the screen shown below. You can opt to save the report as a PDF or to print it.

How do I respond to a report or communicate with the therapist?

We recommend that you reach out to the therapist via the secure messaging functionality at the top left of your dashboard. Alternatively, you can make comments on the report at the bottom of the report page. The therapist is immediately notified of any new messages or comments.
