It's no problem if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. To do so, please contact your therapist directly through your member profile. Ensure you provide at least 2 working days' notice. Cancellations with less than 2 working days' notice or missed appointments will be charged and may not be covered by your insurer (please check your insurance policy for details). We understand that exceptions happen and waiving the fee is at the discretion of your therapist.
